Evan Miller, EIT | Staff Engineer

Evan is a civil engineer with a background in water resources and has eight years of experience in a broad range of disciplines including environmental sampling, geotechnical engineering and sampling, river restoration design, and construction observation. Over the last eight years, his primary focus has been on river design and implementing river restoration projects located throughout the Pacific Northwest. His work has ranged from simple bank protections involving FEMA no-rise certification processes all the way to full river design projects with reach-level improvements.

Evan’s primary responsibilities include client relations, river design and supporting calculations, hydraulic modeling, hydrologic calculations, design plan production and report writing, and construction observation.

In his free time, Evan can be found enjoying some turns in the Idaho back county, boating a river, hiking, or mountain biking some single track.
